What you are buying

A personal licence to use Obsidian AI on one activated Windows PC. Obsidian uses AI-based screen analysis to assist aiming and firing in games. The purchase includes the selected licence duration and access to the customer download and support channels while your licence is valid. Check the published requirements before ordering.

Prices, duration and payment

Prices are in GBP: Weekly £7.99 for 7 days, Monthly £14.99 for 30 days, Quarterly £29.99 for 90 days, and Lifetime £49.99 with no scheduled expiry. Every plan includes the same app features. Payment is one-time; there is no automatic renewal. The final total, including any applicable taxes or fees, is shown before payment.

Timed access starts when your key is issued after confirmed payment. Later activation or Discord redemption does not reset it. Lifetime describes a key with no scheduled expiry; it does not guarantee perpetual operation of the service, third-party compatibility or every future product.

Delivery and access

Checkout and key delivery are handled through SellAuth. Your key is provided on the order page and in its delivery email after confirmed payment. Redeem privately in our Discord server to access customer channels and download instructions. You need a Discord account and internet access for activation and periodic licence checks.

If delivery or activation fails, keep your order number and contact support. Do not pay again to resolve a failed delivery. We will investigate and arrange delivery, repair or the refund required in the circumstances.

Personal use and third-party rights

Do not share, resell or publish your licence key, or redistribute Obsidian-owned application files without permission. Third-party components and models are subject to their own licences. These terms do not remove rights granted under those licences. Compatible custom ONNX models may be added at your own discretion; you are responsible for obtaining permission to use them.

The app is independent of game publishers. Review the rules of any game or service you use. We do not promise error-free operation, zero missed shots, uninterrupted service, account safety or permission to use the software in competitive events.

Problems, cancellation and refunds

Our refund and cancellation policy explains change-of-mind requests, immediate digital supply and problems with content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights. Contact support before making a second payment.

Updates and access restrictions

Updates may change compatibility or replace an existing release. We may suspend a key where there is evidence of sharing, fraud or misuse, and will explain the reason where possible. If access is withdrawn without a valid reason, applicable remedies remain available. A refund or payment reversal may end the related licence and customer access.
