If something does not work

Open a private Discord support ticket with your order number, purchase date and a description of the problem. Include your GPU model and any error message. Do not post your full licence key, payment details or receipt link publicly.

For content that is faulty, not as described or not supplied, we will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. This may include supplying the missing content, repair or replacement, a price reduction or refund. A blanket “no refunds” rule does not apply.

Change-of-mind cancellation

For eligible UK distance purchases, a 14-day cancellation period generally applies. For digital content, that right can end once supply begins only where you first expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge losing that cancellation right, and the required confirmation is provided. We do not treat a pre-ticked box or these words alone as your consent.

If the necessary consent and confirmation were not obtained, your applicable cancellation rights remain. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed content remain even when immediate supply was agreed.

How to request cancellation

Tell support: “I wish to cancel my Obsidian order”, followed by your order number and date. Send this in a private ticket in the official Discord server or email obsidianaim.downloads@gmail.com. You can use your own clear wording; no special form is required.

If a refund is due, it will normally be returned to the original payment method within the applicable legal time limit. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display it. We will confirm the outcome and any effect on your licence.

Missing deliveries and duplicate payments

If payment succeeds but your key or download is missing, keep the receipt and contact support. Do not pay again. Tell us about any duplicate payment so we can match it to the original order and arrange an appropriate refund.
