Keep your order
After confirmed payment, your key is intended to appear on the SellAuth order page and in the delivery email. Check the email address before paying. If delivery is missing, contact support with your order number; do not pay twice.
Installation
From key to setup.
Your order page keeps your licence key. Discord brings your downloads, setup help and updates together.
Redeem privately
Join the official Discord and use the redeem-key channel’s private redemption form. Redeem the same key you received with your order. Your licence determines customer access. Never post a full key or receipt link in public.
Choose your build
Open the customer downloads channel. Choose CUDA for NVIDIA, or DML for AMD/Intel. Keep each build in its own folder. CUDA and DML are download choices, not separate licence purchases.
Extract everything
Extract the full archive before running ai.exe. Keep the DLLs, assets and models folder together. Do not run the EXE from inside the ZIP or copy just the EXE elsewhere.
Activate the app
Open ai.exe and enter your licence key. Licences allow one activated PC. Internet access is required for activation and periodic checks. For a replacement PC or activation issue, open a private support ticket.
Choose a model and input
Select your model under Settings, then configure capture, your input device and keybind. Save a named config. Start with modest settings and change one setting at a time.
Using an Xbox controller?
Connect it directly to your PC with a data-capable USB cable, or use a Windows-supported wireless connection. Confirm Windows detects it, then choose the controller input mode in Obsidian. Follow the selected mode’s driver instructions.
PlayStation controller support remains unverified.
Models & updates
Keep models in the models folder. Compatible .onnx files can be added; the file extension alone does not establish compatibility. Read MODEL GUIDE.txt before changing class IDs.
Extra models are free to request in Discord. Keep your configs separately when replacing a release folder.
When does my time start?
Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly licences run for 7, 30 and 90 days from key issuance after confirmed payment. Downloading later or redeeming in Discord does not restart the clock. Lifetime has no scheduled expiry and is not a promise that the service will operate forever.
